With design-build, one team handles your project from the first sketch to the final walkthrough. You don't have to hire a designer, then shop the plans to builders, then referee between them. Design and construction are planned together, so the budget is set early and the drawings match what can actually be built.

Rent-to-own application
The program is for families with limited income in Southeast Texas who are committed to long-term residency and caring for their home.
Fill out a short form with your basic information and housing needs so we can match you with a home.
We verify income and background. Review usually takes 2 to 4 weeks, and we keep you updated.
Once approved, you sign a lease agreement that spells out your rent-to-own terms.
A portion of your rent goes toward your future down payment. We stay available 24/7.
When you're ready, exercise your option to purchase and the home is yours.
